Jonathan Parker, current location unknown, of Star Search Casting continues to post fabricated blogs about Fabulous Flashcast in retaliation to our company exposing them as a scam, a term which we firmly stand behind and look forward to proving in a court of law. Star Search Casting surfs the Internet looking for entertainment industry related advertisements. They then copy and paste the advertisement and repost it on their Star Search Casting website as fraudulent casting calls, which they, in turn, are charging their members for, unbeknownst to them, at least this is what happened in our case. Further, the company claims to be physically located at 4360 Main Street, Suite 306, In Ventura, California. Well, this address is nothing more than a P.O. Box type address inside a FedEx Kinko’s! This company also does have a corporate filing ANYWHERE in the Western United States, as of August 03, 2008.

What’s even more outrageous (but comes as no surprise to us) is the Better Business Bureau has this company listed as one of their “paying members” when they don’t even appear to have a legitimate business entity. What does that tell you about the BBB? You decide.
Don’t be fooled!

Also, Star Search Casting is listed on an ADULT ENTERTAINMENT WEBSITE!

It has come to our attention that the above mentioned companies have placed phony so called “casting calls” on their own
websites, using our company name WITHOUT OUR PERMISSION, which, we believe is extremely unethical business practices
on their part.

WE DID NOT GRANT EITHER OF THE ABOVE MENTIONED COMPANIES PERMISSION EVER TO POST INFORMATION RELATING TO OUR SERVICE
ON THEIR WEBSITES.

Furthermore, be advised if you’re outside Los Angeles (or the immediate surrounding states) it is extremely UNLIKELY that
ANY legitimate casting person would EVER contact you for an audition. PERIOD. Usually, they need talent available on a day or
two notice!

We are truly sorry if you wasted your time submitting to us, as it appears, you may have been the victim of a scam company
and, if so, may be eligible to receive a refund, AS THEY ARE CHARGING THEIR CLIENTS MONEY FOR THESE JOB POSTINGS. We urge
extreme caution when dealing with any on line casting company which posts information about other company’s services on
their website without permission Finally, we urge you to research how many other casting calls on their sites
may also be bogus.

I guess our SCAM WARNING struck a few nerves with these companies! They have now went and posted fabricated false commentary about our company
on their websites and on other sites such as www.complaintsboard.com. Don’t be fooled!
