Star Search Casting not a registered company in California!!! BEWARE!
Jonathan Parker, current location unknown, of Star Search Casting continues to post fabricated blogs about Fabulous Flashcast in retaliation to our company exposing them as a scam, a term which we firmly stand behind and look forward to proving in a court of law. Star Search Casting surfs the Internet looking for entertainment industry related advertisements. They then copy and paste the advertisement and repost it on their Star Search Casting website as fraudulent casting calls, which they, in turn, are charging their members for, unbeknownst to them, at least this is what happened in our case. Further, the company claims to be physically located at 4360 Main Street, Suite 306, In Ventura, California. Well, this address is nothing more than a P.O. Box type address inside a FedEx Kinko’s! This company also does have a corporate filing ANYWHERE in the Western United States, as of August 03, 2008.
What’s even more outrageous (but comes as no surprise to us) is the Better Business Bureau has this company listed as one of their “paying members” when they don’t even appear to have a legitimate business entity. What does that tell you about the BBB? You decide.
